These terms cover your use of nickleoni.com. By browsing the site, signing up for emails, or sending a message, you agree to them.

The work is Nick's

All photographs, portraits, and original content here are the intellectual property of Nick Leoni (or the credited collaborator). You are welcome to view and share the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce or republish the images without written permission, use them to train machine-learning or generative-AI models, or use Nick's name or work to imply an endorsement. Booking a session

The contact form is not a contract. A session is booked only once we have agreed on the session, the date, and the price, you have paid the deposit, and we have confirmed the date. A deposit holds your date: $100 for a Standard session, $150 for Platinum. Plans change, so you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session and your deposit comes with you.

Your submissions and the newsletter

What you send through the site is yours to send, and you give Nick Leoni Studios permission to use it for the reason you sent it (replying to you, or publishing your testimonial with your consent). By subscribing to the newsletter you agree to occasional emails; you can unsubscribe anytime with one click. We may remove any submission that is illegal, harassing, or spam.

The site is provided "as is"

We keep the site working and accurate as best we can, but it is provided as is, without warranties. We are not liable for errors, downtime, lost data, or decisions you make based on the site. Please do not misuse it: no harassment, no scraping that degrades it for others, no attempts to bypass security, and no spam. We may block access for misuse.

Privacy, law, and contact

How we handle the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. The platform that runs this site is licensed to Aurochs LLC, which keeps the rights to the platform itself; Nick's rights to his own published work are unaffected.
